Last Updated: August 7, 2026Butter Games (the “Company”) operates the mobile game Cats & Goldie (package name: com.buttermix.catmerge; the “Service”). This Policy explains how the Company processes personal information in connection with the Service.This English version is provided for convenience. If the English and Korean versions conflict or differ in interpretation, the Korean version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.1. INFORMATION WE PROCESSAccount and login information
The Service may process a Firebase User ID (UID), login type, authentication token and logs, and Google Play Games or Apple Game Center identifiers, display names, and authorized profile information. This information is used for login, account linking, identification, and security. It is retained until account deletion or termination of the Service unless longer retention is required by law. After account deletion, the deleted account's Firebase UID remains only within retained purchase-validation records and the minimal account-deletion record described below.Cloud-save information
The Service may process game progress, currencies, items, characters, missions, settings, rewards, and save timestamps to save, restore, and synchronize game data. This information is retained until it is deleted through the in-app account-deletion feature, the cloud-save deletion feature, or the applicable platform account.In-app purchase information
The Service may process the platform, product ID, transaction ID, receipt or purchase token, restoration and processing status, and Firebase UID to process, restore, and validate purchases and prevent fraud. Purchase-validation records are not deleted merely because the game account is deleted and may be retained for purchase restoration, duplicate-payment prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Payment and contract records may be retained for five years where required by Korean law. Other information is deleted when its purpose is fulfilled.Security information
The Service may process a Firebase UID, abnormal time-change reason, detection and server timestamps, detected future time, and block status to detect abuse, apply restrictions, and handle appeals. These player security records are deleted with the player document when in-app account deletion completes successfully, except information that must be retained separately by law.Account-deletion record
After a platform-linked account is deleted, the Service retains the authentication provider, a pseudonymized platform account identifier, the deleted account's source Firebase UID, and the deletion timestamp. This minimal record is retained while the Service operates only to identify prior deletion, prevent deleted game data from being restored on another device, locate retained purchase records, restore eligible purchases, and prevent duplicate grants.Advertising and analytics information
The Service may process an advertising identifier where permitted, IP address, device, operating system and app information, approximate location, consent status, ad interactions, sessions, usage events, and diagnostics for advertising, consent management, performance measurement, service improvement, and fraud prevention. Retention depends on the user’s choices, applicable law, and relevant service settings.Local preferences
Notification permission, language, sound settings, advertising-consent state, and Privacy Policy acceptance status may be stored locally on the device. Some device preferences may remain after account deletion and are deleted when the app, operating-system setting, or relevant SDK storage is deleted or reset.IP address, access time, device and app information, and error or diagnostic data may be generated automatically while the Service is used. The Company does not directly collect payment-card details. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store.Automatic authentication after confirmation
After the user selects Agree or Continue on the initial privacy notice, the Service automatically attempts platform authentication through Apple Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android. The platform credential or authentication code is then used to sign in to or link a Firebase account and create a Firebase UID. Depending on the user’s login choice and previous account state, Firebase anonymous authentication may be used for a guest account. This authentication is used for account identification, security, purchase validation, and cloud-save features.Agreeing to the initial notice does not by itself constitute consent to optional personalized advertising or cross-app tracking. Where required, advertising consent is requested separately through Google UMP, and iOS tracking permission is requested through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.2. EXTERNAL SERVICESThe Service uses the following external providers only as necessary to operate its features:Google LLC and affiliates
Firebase authentication, database, security and purchase validation; Google Play Games and cloud save; Google Play Billing; AdMob advertising; and UMP consent management.

Unity Privacy PolicyEach provider independently processes information collected directly through its platform under its own privacy policy and terms. This includes platform account management, payment-method details, and the provider’s independent advertising or service operations.The Company does not reproduce the providers’ complete data practices in this Policy. This Policy only describes information that the Service itself sends to or processes through those providers.3. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSINGThe providers above may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate data facilities. Firebase Authentication is processed in the United States. Information is transmitted over encrypted networks when the relevant feature is used and retained under the periods stated above or applicable provider agreements and legal requirements.Users may refuse optional features or advertising consent. Refusing processing required for authentication, cloud save, or purchase validation may make the relevant feature unavailable.4. SHARING, DELETION, AND SECURITYThe Company does not disclose personal information to third parties except as described in this Policy, with the user’s consent, or as permitted or required by law.When the processing purpose or retention period ends, the Company deletes information using methods intended to prevent recovery. Information that must be retained by law is stored separately until the legal period expires. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete server records or platform cloud data.In-app account deletion
Users can delete their game account from the account-deletion option in the in-app Settings menu. For a Google Play Games or Game Center account, the relevant platform must be authenticated so that its Cats & Goldie cloud-save file can be deleted. The deletion is considered complete only after the app displays a success confirmation.When account deletion completes successfully, the following information is deleted or reset:The Firebase Authentication account and the player data associated with its Firebase UID;The Firestore player document associated with that UID, including player security, time-manipulation detection, and block records;The Cats & Goldie cloud-save file stored through Google Play Games or Game Center/iCloud, where platform cloud save is in use;Local game progress, currencies, items, characters, missions, rewards, tutorial status, processed-purchase state stored in game progress, and other player-save data; andLocally saved in-game photo files and local cloud-save state.The following information or accounts are not deleted by the in-app game-account deletion:The user’s Google, Google Play Games, Apple, Game Center, Google Play, or App Store account;Store purchase history and Company server purchase-validation records required for purchase restoration, duplicate-payment and fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance;A minimal account-deletion record consisting of the authentication provider, a pseudonymized platform account identifier, the deleted account's source Firebase UID, and the deletion timestamp. This record is retained while the Service operates only to identify prior deletion, prevent deleted game data from being restored on another device, locate retained purchase records, restore eligible purchases, and prevent duplicate grants;Information independently retained by Google, Apple, Unity, advertising providers, or other providers under their own policies; andSome device-level preferences such as language, sound, notification, privacy-notice confirmation, or advertising-consent settings.Eligible store purchases may be restored after the user creates or signs in to a new Firebase game account. Account deletion does not itself cancel or refund a purchase.The Company uses encrypted communications, Firebase authentication and security rules, access controls, Firebase App Check, Play Integrity, App Attest, and other reasonable safeguards.5. USER RIGHTS AND CHOICESUsers may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting the Company. Game-account deletion is available in the app as described below. Identity verification may be required for assisted requests.Advertising and tracking choices may be changed through Google UMP privacy options and operating-system privacy settings.iOS tracking permission may be changed under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.Notification permission may be changed in the app or operating-system settings.The game account and associated Company-controlled data may be deleted through Settings > Account Deletion in the app. A user who cannot access the app may contact the Company for assistance. CHILDRENWhere applicable law requires consent from a legal representative before processing a child’s information, the Company will obtain the required consent. Last Updated: August 7, 2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Cats & Goldie (package name: com.buttermix.catmerge; the “Service”), operated by Butter Games (the “Company”).This English version is provided for convenience. If the English and Korean versions conflict or differ in interpretation, the Korean version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy selecting Agree or Continue, installing, accessing, or using the Service, the user agrees to these Terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, the user must not use the Service.Optional personalized advertising and cross-app tracking are not accepted merely by agreeing to these Terms. Any consent required for those activities is requested separately.2. ACCOUNT AND AUTOMATIC AUTHENTICATIONAfter the user confirms the initial notice, the Service may automatically attempt authentication through Apple Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android and then sign in to or link a Firebase account. Depending on the user’s login choice and previous account state, a Firebase anonymous guest account may be created or restored.Authentication is used for account identification, security, purchase validation, and cloud-save features. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of the platform account and device used with the Service.Guest accounts may not be recoverable if the app is deleted, the device is changed, or local data is lost before the account is linked or cloud data is saved. The Company is not responsible for loss caused solely by the user’s failure to secure or link an account, except where the Company is responsible under applicable law.Users can delete their game account through Settings > Account Deletion in the app. If platform cloud save is used, platform authentication is required to delete the Cats & Goldie cloud-save file. Successful deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account, the UID-linked Firestore player and security records, applicable platform cloud-save data, local game progress, and locally saved in-game photos.Game-account deletion does not delete the user’s Google or Apple platform account, store purchase history, Company server purchase-validation records retained for restoration, duplicate-payment and fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance, a minimal deletion record retained to identify prior deletion and prevent deleted data or purchases from being restored incorrectly, information independently retained by external providers, or some device preferences. Eligible purchases may be restored after a new Firebase game account is created. Account deletion does not cancel or refund purchases.If cloud, server, or local deletion fails, the app displays a failure message and the deletion is not treated as successfully completed. A user who cannot access the in-app function may contact the Company for assistance.3. SERVICE AND CLOUD SAVEThe Service provides game play, virtual items and currencies, rewards, advertising features, purchases, and optional platform cloud save.Cloud save is provided through Google Play Games or Apple Game Center/iCloud and may be affected by platform availability, network conditions, account status, synchronization conflicts, or provider policies. When data conflicts, the Service or platform may use the most recently saved data. Users should verify the displayed save time before replacing local data.The Company will take reasonable measures to provide the Service reliably but does not guarantee that the Service or cloud save will always be uninterrupted or error-free.4. USER CONDUCTUsers must not:Use cheats, macros, automation, unauthorized tools, modified clients, time manipulation, exploits, or other methods that provide an unfair advantage;Interfere with servers, security systems, authentication, purchase validation, advertising rewards, or another user’s use of the Service;Access, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or extract the Service or its data except where expressly permitted by law;Use another person’s account or payment method without authorization;Exploit errors or obtain, duplicate, transfer, or sell virtual items through unauthorized methods;Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.The Company may investigate suspected violations and may issue a warning, recover improperly obtained benefits, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate an account to the extent reasonably necessary. Users may submit an appeal using the contact address below.5. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CURRENCIESCoins, gems, energy, characters, items, rewards, and other virtual content are licensed for personal use within the Service. They are not legal currency, deposits, property, or financial instruments and have no cash value unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.Virtual content may not be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or traded outside methods expressly provided by the Service. The Company may adjust game balance, availability, names, functions, or quantities where reasonably required for operation, security, legal compliance, or game balance. Material adverse changes will be announced where reasonably practicable.If the Service offers randomized paid content, the applicable probabilities and purchase information will be disclosed as required by law and platform policy.6. PURCHASES, RESTORATION, AND REFUNDSIn-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Prices, taxes, payment methods, billing, cancellation, and platform-level refund procedures are governed by the applicable store’s terms and policies.The Company may validate receipts and transaction information to deliver purchased content, restore purchases, and prevent duplicate delivery or fraud.Refunds and withdrawal rights are handled under applicable law and the relevant store’s policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. If purchased content is consumed, used, or immediately supplied, withdrawal may be restricted to the extent permitted by law. If a purchase is refunded, canceled, charged back, or found to be invalid, the Company may withdraw the corresponding virtual content or benefits.Purchase inquiries should include the player ID, store, product, purchase date, and order or transaction number. Users should not send payment-card details.7. ADVERTISING AND EXTERNAL SERVICESThe Service may display rewarded or interstitial advertising through AdMob and may use Google, Apple, Firebase, Unity, and other platform services.Each external provider independently operates its own platform and processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. The Company is not responsible for an external service outside its reasonable control, but this does not exclude responsibility imposed on the Company by applicable law.Viewing a rewarded advertisement does not guarantee a reward if completion cannot be verified because the ad was closed early, the network failed, the provider rejected verification, or abuse was detected. The Company will reasonably investigate verifiable reward-delivery errors reported by users.8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYThe Service, including software, graphics, characters, text, music, effects, game data, trademarks, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.The Company grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.9. SERVICE CHANGES AND TERMINATIONThe Company may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical limitations, provider changes, or business reasons.Where a change or termination materially affects users, the Company will provide reasonable prior notice through the app, store page, website, or another appropriate method where practicable. Last Updated: August 7, 2026Butter Games (the “Company”) operates the mobile game Cats & Goldie (package name: com.buttermix.catmerge; the “Service”). This Guide explains how users may delete their game account and associated data.This English version is provided for convenience. If the English and Korean versions conflict or differ in interpretation, the Korean version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.1. DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APPYou can delete your game account directly in Cats & Goldie. Open Cats & Goldie > Settings > Account Deletion, review the deletion notice, and select the delete button. Keep the app open until a success confirmation is displayed. If the deletion fails, check your internet connection and try again.If you use Google Play Games or Apple Game Center cloud save, you must be authenticated with the relevant platform account so that the Cats & Goldie cloud-save file can be deleted.2. REQUEST DELETION WITHOUT THE APPIf you have uninstalled the app, cannot open it, or cannot use the in-app deletion feature, you may request deletion by email:Request Cats & Goldie Account DeletionEmail: [email protected]Before sending your request, open Cats & Goldie > Settings, find the ID displayed in Settings, and select Copy. Paste the copied Player ID into the deletion-request email and send it with the subject line “Cats & Goldie Account Deletion Request.”The Player ID is required to identify the game account to be deleted. If you can no longer access the app and cannot copy the Player ID, state this in your email and include the Google Play Games or Apple Game Center display name used with the game. The Company may request limited additional information to locate the account and verify account ownership.Do not send a password, payment-card number, authentication token, purchase token, or other sensitive credential. After verification, the Company will process the request without undue delay and notify you at the email address used for the request.Submitting a deletion request does not require reinstalling the app.3. DATA DELETED OR RESETWhen account deletion completes successfully, the following data associated with the game account is deleted or reset:The Firebase Authentication account and the player data associated with its Firebase User ID (UID);The Firestore player document associated with that UID, including player security, time-manipulation detection, and block records;The Cats & Goldie cloud-save file stored through Google Play Games or Apple Game Center/iCloud, where platform cloud save is in use;Local game progress, currencies, items, characters, missions, rewards, tutorial status, processed-purchase state stored in game progress, and other player-save data;Locally saved in-game photo files and local cloud-save state.Deleted game-account data cannot be recovered. Deleting the game account does not delete the user’s Google, Google Play Games, Apple, Game Center, Google Play, or App Store account.4. DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINEDThe following information may not be deleted with the game account:Store purchase history and Company server purchase-validation records required for purchase restoration, duplicate-payment and fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance;A minimal account-deletion record consisting of the authentication provider, a pseudonymized platform account identifier, the deleted account's source Firebase UID, and the deletion timestamp. This record is retained while the Service operates only to identify prior deletion, prevent deleted game data from being restored on another device, locate retained purchase records, restore eligible purchases, and prevent duplicate grants;Payment and contract records retained for up to five years where required by Korean law;Information independently retained by Google, Apple, Unity, advertising providers, or other providers under their own privacy policies; andSome device-level preferences, such as language, sound, notification, privacy-notice confirmation, or advertising-consent settings. These may be removed by deleting the app or resetting the relevant device or service settings.Information retained for legal or legitimate purposes is kept only for the applicable retention period and is deleted or anonymized when that period ends.Account deletion does not itself cancel or refund a purchase. Eligible store purchases may be restored after a new game account is created or signed in.5.
